Intro call

If you're not sure about therapy, have any questions, or want to talk and see if we're a good match, schedule an intro call. We'll talk, no obligations, no charge.

Thirty minutes, by phone. I call you at the time you pick.

Sessions

Therapy sessions are sixty minutes by telehealth, $200, payable after the session by Zelle. Parents seen together are $225. Sliding scale rates are available on a case-by-case basis.

Canceling with at least 24 hours notice costs nothing. Inside that it is $50, and not attending is $100 once ten minutes have passed. Both can be waived, and connection trouble is not a missed appointment. The full policy is on the fees page.

What happens next

  • You get a confirmation email straight away, with the time in your own time zone and a link to reschedule or cancel. That link is the simplest way to cancel, and it timestamps itself.
  • For an intro call, I call you on the number you gave. There is no link to click and nothing to install. There is never a charge for it, including if you miss it.
  • For a first session, the intake paperwork and your Good Faith Estimate come to you beforehand.
  • If we decide not to go ahead, that is a good outcome for half an hour, and neither of us has lost anything.

If nothing on the calendar works?

The times shown are the ones I have open. This is a telehealth practice, so early, late, and odd hours are genuinely arrangeable. Text (970) 397-7683, and we will find one that does.

You would rather not use a booking page

Entirely reasonable. Text or call (970) 397-7683, or leave your details on the contact page and I will reach out.

Please don't use voicemail.

Already a client?

Book a session above for your next time, or text me.

Anything clinical still belongs in session rather than in a message or a booking form.

If you need to be seen sooner

Text (970) 397-7683 rather than waiting for an open slot. This practice does not provide crisis or after-hours coverage; see below for urgent resources at the bottom of this page.

Before you pick a time

Two practical things. Give yourself somewhere you can talk without being overheard, because the conversation is more use if you can say the real thing. And if the honest answer to "what is going on" is that you do not know yet, book anyway. Working that out is a reasonable use of the time.
